Personality:
Kind, reserved and quiet but can get flustered and fidgety when uncomfortable or taken off guard. He is a very timid and distant. Often times seen looking depressed or worried but that's only when he's around people he's not close. It takes a lot to anger him or get an energetic reaction at that.

Likes: Peace and quiet, reading books, family time
Dislikes: Loud noise, unnecessary violence, being told to do things against his beliefs/moral code

History:
Born and raised in America, Noel lived a life of a happily married man and father of 2 kids. He loved the simple life and the peace his job as a minister gave him regardless of the tension of the recent pre-war events. During the time of world war 2, when the situation escalated and many men enlisted in the army, he found that he himself wanted to help serve his country in any way possible so he volunteered as a military chaplain in the U.S. army. Within the span of 4 years in service the war ended leaving Noel with a lot of grim experience to last a life time and the energy sucked out of him.

Ever since then the poor chaplain became a bit reserved and dreary. The only remedy to help him sleep at night was the company of his loving wife and children. From then on Noel focused more on dedicating himself to his family and doing everything he can for them. Life resumed to the way it was and with his luck, Noel seemed to have a long peaceful life ahead of him...too bad he ran out of it by surviving the war. On one not so faithful day, Noel choked on a piece of apple and died. So ends his story in a very anti-climactic way and so begins another.

He didn't mind death but he certainly mind ending up in purgatory or as The Reaper called it "The Subarashii Realm". He was given a chance at life just as long as he followed the rules and to do his newly given job diligently. He was given a church to manage, people to give hope to and information or "prayers" as The Reaper calls it, to be sent to him. He didn't like his situation, it felt like he went back in service as a military chaplain all over again. Only this time...this time it felt more permanent.

Trivias:
- He has mild ptsd (post traumatic stress disorder) due to his time in war which explains his fidgety and reserved behavior.
- He drinks when he's nervous. Don't worry he becomes sleepy when he's drunk.
- His glasses and Revolver are a security blanket.
- The glasses were a gift from his wife.
- He secretly likes to play casual app games.
- He isn't particularly fond of the reaper or his situation at all.

Weapon/s:
*Ipad (bible mode): During battle he opens the bible ebook and uses it to concentrate his faith and magic. It also makes for a good read when waiting for enemies or just to unwind.
*Webley Revolver: A military standard gun. Even though Military Chaplains were unarmed men there were still "rumors" of them being provided weapons for protection since it is dangerous to be an unarmed uniformed man in war.
Noel will only use this when provoked. Has reloading time after six shots.
